There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Your flight will provide unforgettable views of some of the most captivating and spectacular scenery on Earth. Whether between lush tropical North shore valleys nestled between the verdant mountainsides or the arid canyonlands of the Westside, your flight will afford you and your family a front row seat to all these majestic treasures.

Flights extend outward from the Lihue Airport Commuter Terminal to a distance of 25 miles and return to the same airport. Port Allen Airport on Kauai's South Shore may be used as a secondary airport (with prior arrangement).

Your custom chartered Cessna will circle the island at a constant and comfortable altitude, covering the major sights, including views of the Waimea canyon, native forest waterfalls and the unbelievable Napali coastline. Other sights on the Pali Mist route include Kipu Kai, Hanapepe Valley, Manawaiopuna-Jurassic Park Waterfall, Olokele Canyon, Waimea Canyon, Honopu Archway, Kalalau Valley, Sea Caves, Bali Hai, Hanalei Bay, Princeville, Anahola Forest Reserve, the Royal Coconut Coast, and Opaeka'a Falls. Weather conditions may restrict or prevent viewing of individual sightseeing locations. Your safety is our primary consideration.

Passengers must be physically able to enter and exit the aircraft with assistance

All passengers are provided active noise-canceling headsets with Hawaiian slack-key guitar background music. Flights include a thorough pre-flight safety briefing and an interactive narrative with open pilot passenger communication using an advanced intercom system. The cockpit is completely enclosed and extremely quiet with the use of the ANR headsets (same technology as in the Bose units).

You may want to take along a pair of sunglasses and a camera. You should bring a government issued picture ID with you and present it at check in time. Younger children may want to bring a car seat or booster seat.
